Tuodessasi Mac-koneesi huoltoon maksat suoritetusta huollosta vain varaosan hinnan. Tarjous on voimassa 11.-30.4. välillä tehdyille huoltotilauksille ja koskee Mac-tietokoneita, joiden vuosimalli on 2019 tai uudempi. Tarjous ei koske palvelupaketteja, kirjallisia kustannusarvioita, ohjelmistotöitä tai akun vaihtoja. Tarkastusmaksu 70 € veloitetaan, mikäli konetta ei korjata. Tarjous on voimassa kaikissa Tectorin toimipisteissä.

Mac-tietokoneiden huoltoaika ilman ajanvarausta on tällä hetkellä arviolta 3-5 arkipäivää.
Halutessasi voit myös varata ajan huollollesi. Ajanvarauksella laite pääsee käsittelyyn heti huoltojonon ohi, jolloin huolto voi hieman nopeutua. Applen ajanvarausjärjestelmään pääset klikkaamalla alla olevasta napista. Ajanvarausta varten tarvitset Apple ID:n.
Huoltoteknikoillamme on Applen vaatimat sertifikaatiot ja he päivittävät jatkuvasti tietojaan
parhaan huoltotuloksen saavuttamiseksi. Laitteille ajetaan Applen kattavat testit, joiden avulla
viat saadaan esille ja voimme varmistaa
laitteen toiminnan.

Now is the perfect time to bring it in for service – we’re offering a special campaign valid until the end of April, with savings of up to 199 € on your repair!
When you bring your Mac in for service, you only pay for the replacement part — we’ll cover the labor. The offer is valid for service orders placed between April 11th and 30th and applies to Mac computers from model year 2019 or newer. The offer does not apply to service packages, written cost estimates, software-related work, or battery replacements. An inspection fee of 70 € will be charged if the device is not repaired. The offer is valid at all Tector service locations.

Estimated service time for Macs without an appointment is currently 3-5 business days.
If you prefer, you can also book an appointment. With a reservation, your device will be handled immediately, bypassing the service queue, which may speed up the repair. You can access Apple’s booking system by clicking the button below. An Apple ID is required for booking.
Our technicians hold Apple-certified qualifications and continuously update their knowledge to ensure the best repair results. Devices undergo Apple’s comprehensive diagnostics to detect faults and ensure proper operation.
